Please note that we schedule staff past 10pm to close our stores and are looking for both weekday and weekend availability. As a small seasonal business we can not accommodate more than ten days off in a row.

SHIFT LEAD:

  • Day to Day:  Assist the store manager with all day to day operations of the store by helping manage workflow and assign daily production tasks.  Provide leadership to create a positive, encouraging, healthy, efficient, and productive workplace through leading by example in customer service, follow-through, and clear communication.  Be a leader in BOH production.

  • Communication:  Effective communication with management and team.  Be point of contact for shop when owner, GM, or store manager is unavailable

  • Be able to count daily deposits and balance drawer (if start accepting cash again)

  • Oversee deep clean checklist

  • Assist in checking phone messages and mail

  • Maintain all signage, keep clean, clear and neat

  • Be able to train new servers and shift leads on all relevant duties, responsibilities, and production.  

  • Check-in deliveries to ensure they are complete and accurate, and that invoices are paid.  Ensure inventory is being rotated.

  • Be ready and willing to assist team members in every aspect of their duties, including but not limited to serving, production, and cleaning

  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to repetitively lift 60 lbs., stand for long periods of time, and work in a refrigerated cooler for periods of time. 

SERVER:

  • Customer Service:  Provide each and every customer with a fabulous experience.  Explain flavors and toppings clearly and concisely.  Keep calm during busy times, keep busy during calm times.

  • Serving:  Dispense frozen yogurt consistently and beautifully.  Follow guidelines for serving and portion sizes to create a sustainable business.

  • Complete credit card and cash transactions accurately (if start accepting cash again)

  • Cleaning:  Maintain service area in spotless condition, cleaning constantly and dealing with spills and other mishaps immediately

  • Completion of daily and deep clean checklists as assigned.

  • Some light back of house production.
